Sealcoat – Sheraton, Kona, HI

We worked with the Sheraton, Kona staff about completing the project timely and bringing the disruption to a minimum. They knew they picked the best parking lot maintenance company when they dealt with us. The scope of work included cleaning, sealcoating, and painting parking lines on the Kona hotel property. We worked with the hotel’s schedule and timed it for the off season to reduce missing out on lost bookings. After getting an alternate parking location set up, we cleaned and repaired potholes and oil stains in the asphalt. Breaking the project in two phases allowed us to keep a small section open for the few guests parking and still work on the job.

The staff at the Kona location are happy with the results and remarked how easier it is for guests and drivers to navigate around the lot with the stalls marked clearly with valet only and normal stalls. We also painted a new loading zone section to make it easier for trucks to access the hotel’s loading dock.
