This depends on the size of your parking lot and its condition. In general, the cost to sealcoat a parking lot is pennies on the dollar versus replacing your parking lot’s pavement.
We recommend waiting at least 6-12 months before seal coating new pavement in order to let it cure
This depends on the traffic load your parking lot receives. If you get a lot of traffic and if your parking lot sees a lot of large, heavy vehicles, you will need to sealcoat more often than a parking lot that has less traffic volume and fewer larger vehicles. In general, you may need to sealcoat your parking lot every 3-5 years.
